If you wish to cancel your order
Please contact us by phone or via our contact page and describe the problem so that we can investigate.
For stock orders taken by phone we don’t take payment until the goods are ready to ship so the decision to cancel is yours up until we take payment. For stock orders placed via our online shop we will advise you if there is likely to be a delay with shipment and offer you the option of a refund.
If you wish to cancel within 7 days of receipt and the goods are unused and undamaged we will refund you, less the cost of postage both ways.
For special orders where we cannot resell the goods we require payment with order and can only refund you if the goods we supplied are not to the agreed specification- see below. If you cancel during manufacture we will agree a sum to cover costs and refund you the difference between that and the selling price.
If you ordered the right parts but they were faulty on receipt
Please contact us by phone or via our contact page and describe the problem so that we can investigate.
If, within 7 days of receiving the goods you report that the goods were correctly ordered but are not fit for purpose we will accept them back and if we agree they are faulty we will replace them free of charge or issue a refund. We will cover the postage costs.
If you ordered the wrong parts
Please contact us by phone or via our contact page and describe the problem so that we can investigate.
If, within 7 days of receiving the goods you haven’t used them and they are still in unmarked condition you can return them and we will replace with the correct goods or issue a refund. If you choose to replace with goods of different value we will credit you or invoice you for the difference in price. Any postage costs arising will be covered by you.
